LSR7 Real World Learning Facilitators

Connecting Real World Learning at Each Building

This year we are excited to announce that each building in LSR7 will have a real-world learning facilitator. The goal of this role is to connect, communicate, grow, and coordinate the Diploma Plus initiative across the district. 

The elementary RWL learning facilitators will coordinate building goals, be a RIASEC champions, communicate strategies, work with business partners, and promote RIASEC within the building. 

At the middle school level, the RWL facilitator will work with the feeder Career Navigator to coordinate building goals, work with business partners, be a career exploration champion, communicate strategies, and bridge RIASEC learning to career exploration within the building. 

The Career Navigator will continue to support the high school level by providing real-world learning opportunities and market value asset experiences. 

The district is excited to continue to grow the Diploma Plus initiatives with the help and partnership of each building.
